After intake, securely upload your supporting documents (ID, prior immigration documents, financial records, etc.) through our encrypted client portal. Your case specialist will review everything for completeness before preparing your forms.
We Prepare Your Forms
Our document preparation specialists accurately prepare your USCIS forms based on your intake information and uploaded documents. Forms are typically prepared within 5–10 business days. You will be notified when your packet is ready for review.

You Review & Sign
Review your completed form packet thoroughly. Compare every answer against your original documents. If any corrections are needed, request changes before signing. Once satisfied, sign all required fields as indicated in your packet.

Mail to USCIS
Print your completed packet and mail it directly to the correct USCIS filing address, which is included in your packet instructions. Pay the applicable USCIS government filing fee directly to USCIS by check or money order as instructed.
