No. USCIS government filing fees are paid directly to USCIS and are separate from our service fee. We will clearly list the applicable USCIS fee for your form during the intake process.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Attorney Package later?
Yes. If you start with the Standard Package and decide you want attorney review, contact us and we will apply a credit toward the Attorney Package.
What forms are covered under these packages?

Is VAWA self-petition free?
